Cancellations can only be made 24 hours before the delivery date.

Please note that orders of complex arrangements cannot be refunded as flowers are short-lived. Simple bouquets with only one type of flower can be assembled in a few hours prior to delivery. Complex arrangements like baskets, and bouquets with different types or heart-shaped flowers, would require 24 hours. We advise you to place your special orders for complex bouquets 7 days in advance.

Refunds are made in 2 ways; involving 15% commission;.

Where bouquets have not been assembled 24 hours prior to the delivery date, or could not be delivered for reasons beyond our control (i.e.: time and date of delivery don’t meet the receiver’s availability), a refund is granted, minus 15% commission.

Orders made after business hours (i.e.: 8.00pm), cannot be delivered before the business opening time the next day (9.00am). If this purchase is made and canceled as it cannot be delivered, a full refund is granted, minus 15% commission.

Please note : Any cancellation made for a reason that does not depend on us a full                          refund is granted minus 15%                                   

Repayment without commission

Orders made with no specific delivery address will be taken awaiting your message of where to deliver. We will inform you that an address is needed as we prepare the bouquet/s. if you don’t provide us with the address on time, no refund will be granted. We advise that you always specify the delivery address.

In cases where we fail to deliver (i.e.: specific flowers and/or items are out of stock), we will make a full refund without deducting any commission. Refunds are made to your request by our partner bank. Refund transfer takes about 3 to 7 days from the moment of you make the request. To inquire on, or request a refund, please send an email to with your order number and the reason for requesting a refund and/or cancellation.
